Large Explosion Marks Beginning Of Facebook’s New Data Center

Last week we covered Facebook’s announcement that they would be building their first data center in Prineville, Oregon. We didn’t exactly have live coverage of the event since we didn’t think there would be much to see, however the Facebook Engineering team has posted a video of an actual explosion used to mark the beginning of development on the new data center.
