I feel like you fail to give seesmic enough credit for the great product they DO HAVE though.

Sure, its an overflow, but that's always going to happen, but now there is a facebook desktop app that actually has value, because while its great to KNOW what my friends are doing/saying on facebook without having to open my browser, it felt pointless because I'd have to open up the browser if I wanted to do anything with that information.

Now I can actually comment on the story right where I see it.

I'm sure Loic is WORKING on something like filtering, but everything comes in its own time, these features were easier and altogether, much more necessary.

Totally agree that filtering/prioritization would be a great feature to make looking at Twitter and Facebook messages for efficiently.
