Amit Gupta and Gil Megidish have put together a great application which encourages your Facebook friends to purchase some of your most wanted items from Amazon. Alternatively, your friends may opt to use it to purchase an item that you want and make you jealous. I guess it just depends on what type of friends you have! As an added bonus, the application will automatically put a birthday alert in your mini-feed a week prior to your birthday. This will encourage your friends to purchase one of your wishlist items as a gift. Not a bad system. Personally, I had never used the Amazon wishlist system, but this application definitely encourages me to try it out.
