@Suleman Ali, darn. I was hoping to be one of those people who needs no introduction. Just kidding.
I am the author of a new book, THE FACEBOOK ERA (Prentice Hall) which comes out on Monday, about how social networks like Facebook and Twitter are transforming people’s behavior, expectations, and relationships with one another and with brands, and what that means for sales and marketing. Two years ago, I developed Faceconnector, an integration between Facebook and Salesforce CRM, which was one of the first business applications on Facebook. Hope that helps!
