Are you still trying to figure out how to publish news feed stories from your Facebook Connect enabled website? Last night Dave Morin published a tutorial for developers to learn how to enable this functionality in a 10 minute tutorial. I’ve been receiving daily requests from individuals having trouble with their Facebook Connect development so hopefully this tutorial will be of assistance.
This is simply one way for publishing feed stories as there are additional ways to publish feed stories without going through the feed publisher tool provided by Facebook. Facebook’s WordPress plugin (found here) is a good resource for viewing a PHP implementation of Facebook Connect. If you need additional resources check out Facebook Connect in the developer wiki.

Nick, I finally got around to watching this video, and one thing that instantly popped out at me as I viewed it actually has very little to do with Facebook Connect integration. What I noticed as they showed Ronnie's Wall Feed is something that seemed to be attached to most feed stories: A "Like" action. You can see it clearly at 0:44 and 8:04, as well as multiple other points in the screencast. It appears directly after the expected "Comment" action, and it is not currently in Facebook proper. Do you have any idea of what that is, and if not, would it be possible to ask around? I'd rather not offer guesses about future bookmark functionality or feed algorithm inputs; Perhaps you can get a clearer answer. Thank you in advance.

Ugh… I just lost my entire comment when I tried to "Connect with your Facebook Account." That aside — Any advice on where to find a straight forward non-technical explanation of what you can do with Facebook Connect? All the documentation, videos, etc. that I see are by developers for developers — assuming, I guess, that developers are the ones who make the business decisions? Developers don't make those decisions in my universe, and I suspect not in much of corporate America. I'm on the business/marketing/product development side and I can understand technical concepts, but why do I have to wade through the implementation details to understand on a user and business level what Facebook Connect can do and how it can be used? Facebook is no longer just a platform for developers hoping to build applications that will make them rich. I think Facebook understands this, but I don't see much effective communication to non-developers that reflects that understanding. All the info I can find on Facebook about Facebook Connect ultimately leads to the Developers Wiki. I just want to know what Facebook Connect can do without knowing the specific javascript, fbml, or API calls. Where's the Business/Marketing Wiki? Is this info out there, and I'm just missing it? I would LOVE the answer to that to be "Yes."

Must the user be logged in to facebook for the application to post a story or is the user's facebook id enough to be able to post?

As far as the computer is concerned some weird events are taking place lately. All my friends where nagging me no end to join this space book social thing. As you all know one must keep up with technology in this techno era or run the risk of becoming an outcast, and be marked forever as old fashioned, out of date, and so on and forth. So without much further ado I sharpen my electronic pencil and joined in the party. Before I even had the chance to fill in the size of my shoes in the stupid form, some lady spacebook friend, nicknamed, Amazon, (say what?) sends me a cob of corn as a present and invites me to go to some Farmville. No explanation, no written message, no fricking nothing! Only this strange cob of corn. So what in the name of the almighty god should I do now? Make cornflakes for midnight dinner? Surely I didn’t want to let her down. After all, the lady is trying to be nice to the new sucker who just joined in and sends me a present and I need to take some action to repay the favor. Didn’t she figure that for me a typical city creature the only farm anyway near my humble dwelling would be the Super Farm pharmacy branch situated in the Dizingof . mall? And what is this thing about Ville. Wrong person sweetheart… I am a religious vegetarian, and any form of Ville or veal is defiantly out the question. Period. Absolutely revolting! Now, the last time I paid a visit to a real farm, with cow's sheep marihuana crops etc. was when I lost my way driving in the countryside and was in desperate need of some navigation assistance. Well, to be true to the facts on condition you don’t take into account me having a cup of coffee at a friend's place who makes a living runing a computer server farm, and I didn’t mind that very much, as there was no smell of cow shit, and no stinking mud stuck on my new expensive pair of shiny leather boots. Anyway to cut a long story short I had no option but to do nothing, zilch! Made me fill like a cat on a hot tin roof! Next thing I know she sends me a horse as a present, a horse! Honest, I Sewer on my Gmail account. Now what should I do with the bloody horse? I might have to feed it etc. and anyway where would I park the poor animal? Wasn’t clear about the mechanics of it all – is it going to arrive via express parcel delivery or what? Just think. Some stocky farmer from the outback knocking on my door, right in the middle of me enjoying a romantic dinner party with some sexy bird, asking me to accept a horse! What a complete disaster. Well, as they say in the country side, sorry to let yaw folks down and must shamefully admit that again I took no action. This is Risky business you know, I might press the wrong button with my mouse and burn the whole bloody farm, and this lady whom I never even met will be real mad at me. She might even send me a bomb. I tell y'a folks (funny language) this bizarre computer virtual reality business can send someone faster than a ballistic missile straight into the loony bin for life!!!

THIS STORY WAS MADE BY ME AND IM WILLING TO SHARE THIS TO EVERYBODY IN WEB OR EVEN IN SOMEWHERE ELSE
As a gift for my birthday,my parents brought me in to a wonderful beach
I cant wait to touch and feel the water,so i swam
My parents are watching me and took me pictures
But this happiness turned into worry when i saw someone gasping for air and needs help
He is far from me.but then,i finally knew,he is drowning.
As i saw him going down,i dive underwater and as i reached him,i raised him and lifted on my back.
He is not moving and not awake but his boy is strong that he survived.
My worries disappeared when i already saved him
Im almost there to went up but a heavy rock covered my foot stopping me to make a force in pulling myself.
Im getting the rock with pain then my foot started to bleed.
The blood from it flows and the water around me turned into red.
I loose hope,i closed my eyes and dont feel anything.
Mom and dad are crying.Dad fastly jumped and grabbed my hand.
He shortly stopped and threw the big rock away then he continued swimming.
He carried me and lay me down on the sand.
Dad saw my wound. It is so widely scratched.
My lips is so pale and my lips is so grey.
My mom was in tears asking me to wake up.
Dad put his hands on me and pumped my chest.
He placed his mouth near my lips and blew some air.
Dad did it for several times but still,my eyes are closed.
He never knew what to do.
He was sad and wanted to scream.
I am so sorry for making him lonely.
And i never been expected that i will die on the date when i was borned.
Instead of making my life longer,it came done too short.
Im not happy for not making my dreams come true,
But im proud of myself for being a hero.
LESSON LEARNED;trials should be overcome by simple and hard sacrifices
