Earlier this week Facebook began testing a new type of story when users become a fan of Pages which displays the type of page the user just liked. It’s a pretty small change however we received numerous tips from people around the web about the change. Obviously Facebook users notice even the most subtle changes.
This week has been a busy one for Facebook as they’ve been testing a number of new features, most significantly a listing of Pages that a user likes from within their profile. Facebook also began testing a larger photos layout. The latest test of making the distinction of the type of object the user is liking is subtle yet significant in terms of adding context to each individual story.
Thanks to Lenny Gomez of Publicity Relationships for pointing this out.

"…a user likes from within HIS profile."
(FB makes this error consistently itself. Don't use FB as an example of grammar.)

The larger photo layouts makes viewing thumbnails easier. Would be nice if you could choose the size of your thumbnails at some point.
