Facebook will be pushing out a minor change tonight for ad feedback. Rather than clicking on the thumbs up and thumbs down icons, Facebook will be replacing the feedback systems to “like” or “X” according to a Facebook representative that we spoke with. Other subtle changes to the site tonight include the expansion of the site’s header to be the full width of the screen. While both are subtle changes, I’ve already received a number of emails from users who’ve seen the changes go into effect.
In regards to the new ad feedback settings, Facebook has told us, “Since ‘like’ and ‘X’ are shown across the site to express positive and negative feedback, we have extended the use of these features to ads to create more clarity for users. These actions carry the same weight as thumbs-up/thumbs-down previously did. Users can still select the ‘X’ next to ads to report the ad.”
Personally I haven’t seen the modified version of the ads but I’ll be sure to post an updated screenshot whenever they go live. I’m also not very active in terms of clicking on ad feedback but I’m sure plenty of users are. While Facebook continues to expand their revenue models into other areas, advertising is still the largest source of revenue which is why the company continues to iterate on their self-serve advertising platform.
For now, this is one small change for Facebook ads, but I’m sure there will be many larger upgrades in the near future.

I have the new header, but pictures no longer have rounded corners, does not look good.

The removal of any rounded corners suits the site's overall design much better, IMO.
