Inflated numbers to help their IPO case. None of this info is independently verified by an outside source. I can not correlate with their numbers that less than 100 million people post something like an update or comment = 200 million users per day. 20% of my friends network are never on the site. I am the fan of many Fan Pages that are inactive. I know people with multiple accounts. So these numbers are not accurate but they serve the purpose to go IPO so they can cash out and say Bye Bye.

Also the 55 minutes per day is pure BS. If you log into Facebook in one of your browser tabs, and spend 10 minutes on the site, but never close that tab for 8 hours, they record 8 hours, not the 10 minutes spent. So don't believe the numbers unless they are proven factual, which they haven't been on this page.

Hi,
A few weeks ago you mentioned our infographic on Facebook history and statistics (http://www.website-monitoring.com/blog/2010/03/17/facebook-facts-and-figures-history-statistics/) on your website.
We have just published a new infographic – it is about Twitter and perhaps you might like it too: http://www.website-monitoring.com/blog/2010/05/04...
Kind regards,
