It's not going to be sufficient anymore to just plunk a few posts up on your Page and call it a day. Also looks like Facebook is going to allow you to promote your posts in an ad (saw this reported today). Should be very interesting to watch how Facebook evolves as a business marketing platform. Is there a criteria set? While it might be nice to see updates from select twitter/myspace/facebook subscribers, a majority of users are casual, everyday members using the site for personal networking.
