Don’t Wait: Buy A Facebook Email Invite Now!

Don’t want to wait for Facebook to send you an invite to Facebook email? We have one invite available. Rather than having to choose who gets it, we’re auctioning off the invite. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to charity.

I wanted to auction off for Charity:Water, however I wasn’t able to select that when creating the auction! As such, the proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization which is working on developing a cure for breast cancer. You can bid on an email invite now by clicking this link. You’ll get your own @facebook.com email address and access to Facebook’s brand-spanking-new Social Inbox product. Best of luck!!

  1. Awesome idea! I just wish that I had been involved in social media sooner so that when I created my custom url I wasn't still thinking of myspace….Lol Now with the new emails rolling out I''m reminded of my mistakes and will be stuck with:

    The.Hero.I.Am@facebook.com
    instead of
    ClaytonHeroWalter@facebook.com

    Fail on my end. Lol

  2. Wow the auction is up to $117… Seriously? I can see maybe $5 – 10 but this is just dumb… I know it's for a good cause but it's really not worth $117!

  3. You've got to be kidding me! I have €300/month in out-of-pocket prescription costs. The current bid is $300?

  5. Some idiot is making multiple bids against him/herself. They most likely won't pay and the next highest bidder will get it at around $25.00

  6. If you fall for this one, I have a bridge in Arizona to sell you!

  7. You can change your personal username ONE TIME. Did you try that..go to account settings and you will see your username. you can search for the name you want. be careful not to set it to something you don't want.

  8. Here's the Charity:Water link for next time— http://donations.ebay.com/charity/charity.jsp?NP_...

(It doesn't come up with a search for "charity water" only under "charity: water")

  10. They aren't bidding against themselves. That is when someone else bids a lower bid than that user's max. It shows their bid instead of the other user, as their bid technically isn't exceeded.
