If you need to know how Facebook is performing among large brands, look no further than some of the leading brand marketers who are singing praise about Facebook’s ad platform. In an interview with CNN Money, Barry Diller couldn’t speak highly enough about Facebook’s advertising offering. Diller stated, “Facebook’s great advertising. My company, which spends a huge amount on advertising, we spend every nickel we can on Facebook. They’re effective. The targeting of the audience is precise enough.”
While Diller doesn’t believe that Facebook will be able to replace traditional advertising, he also didn’t believe that Twitter would be able to attract brand advertisers, so it just goes to show that Diller doesn’t know everything. You can view the full interview posted below.

So Barry is to blame for pushing the CPC rates into the realms of insanity. Take a rest Barry and let everyone else have a go.

Ah Luke the CPC still isn't as bad as some of the other ad platforms…
I agree though… I've found Facebook is the most valuable part of my advertising campaigns. It's not just the targeting, it's the profile information that's made available to you after the ad has been running for some time… Facebook allows you to expand your reach not just on their platform, but helps you build a solid profile for your customers across the web… simply incredible stuff.

Advertisers are going to lose huge amounts of money if FaceBook continues to remove the Most Recent feature from users pages. I'm one of those people that had the feature taken away for a Beta Experiment that I was never asked if I even wanted to participate in…I, along with every other person this has happened to, will probably end up migrating away from FB. If they implement this feature as their new standard, there will be no more users left on facebook to advertise to!

Poor writing Nick, at least include 3 words about who Barry Diller is instead of making the reader look it up.
