Bubbles… ‘Nuff said

Where do bubbles come from? Well that depends who you ask. If you ask a small child, innocent and pure, they will tell you fairies make bubbles for children’s laughter. If you ask some of my larger friends, well you don’t want to know about their bubbles.

I recently ran across a game tittled Bubbles. The game is basic enough, you ‘pilot’ a bubble through some blue liquid, let us say it is water, raising your score all the while having your bubble grow.

There in my friend is the challenge, the bubble gets bigger, therefore making it harder to avoid mines that fall and burst your bubble. As the mindless games of Facebook go this one is pretty standard and kind of fun, if not a tad slow. Collect power ups that are never explained to you, and try to avoid mines. Thats it.

The game reminds me of the old Atari classic “Journey’s Escape”, a simple game that had you piloting a space craft collecting members of Journey. Now that I have dated myself with my love of old Atari games we can move on.
