Yes, I think it’s intrusive. So much so I decided to manually delete all my facebook data (took about an hour) and then deactivate my account. I do not want my contact list sold to advertisers, even if it’s indirect.

While facebook has not confirmed it yet, I have initial evidence to suggest that they have already launched behavioral targeting outside the facebook.com.

I’ll write an afb post soon with screenshots and an full schematic of how the is occuring.
