I simply refresh the page or go back to the main page and search again, and it works fine. Also finding when I search for someone and then go to click on their name it sometimes doesn't allow me to go to the profile. Like clicking the link does nothing. As they try to grow their user base, they absolutely should be aiming for 100% uptime. If their business is valued at anything close to recent estimates, Facebook should have a whole team working on the user experience.
