Personal Trainer application screenshot Michael Sinclair and Daryl Ballentyne have crafted a cool new fitness application called Personal Trainer. The two developers have gone through a lot of trouble to create a very comprehensive tool when it comes to working out. Though at the end of the day its a marketing tool by Supplement Source, it is a good tool for novices to get an exposure to sample workouts. The application is designed to generate a sample workout for individuals based on the information that they submit (weight, age, fitness level, goals, etc). It also provides some basic nutritional and cardiovascular guidelines. It’s pretty cool to play around with it and get different workout suggestions. However, as I pointed out in my fitness blog over at Fitmethod.com, the application ignores several important fitness principles and I don’t think that its workout will be very effective for the average user. If you are interested, go check out the Personal Trainer application.
