		<description>Great analysis, completely agreed.  I'm one of several FB and new web evangelists at Oracle.  When you mention that our newest colleagues come to the table with expectations about community and functionality, the light comes on for most people.  It's not just a fad for kids anymore b/c those kids are now sitting in meetings and working alongside us, and (gasp) managing us.
AF is a great read.  Rock on.
